Direct hit! In paintball fun and excitement are guaranteed! At the same time this team sport demands a high degree of concentration, tactic and team spirit. In the tournament variation, the field is about the size of a football pitch. The goal in the ‘capture the flag’ variation is to take the enemy’s flag and hang it at the team’s own flag station. Of course, every team will try to defend doggedly its own flag and therefore hit the invaders with loads of paintballs in order to get them out of the game. There are both indoor and outdoor fields to play paintball all-the-year.

Requirements
- Paintball players must be at least 16.
- Participants should be in good health.
- Playing paintball is not suitable for pregnant women.
