There are many game scenarios which you can follow. The most popular one is still the base "capture the flag". On field large as a football stadium you try to steal the opponent's flag and the same moment to defend your own...

Basic requirements:

• Minimum age 16 years old
• Good state of health
• Extra close in case you get dirty
• Appropriate shoes (army boots, solid sport shoes)

We do not recomend to play paintball when you are pregnant!

Duration of the play depends on your physical condition and tempo - approx. 1-4 hours.
